Subscriptions
TicketReady Pro is planned as a monthly subscription. Subscribers can cancel future renewals through the billing portal when it is available or by contacting support.
After Cancellation
When a subscription is cancelled, Pro access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or platform rules.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@ticketready.net with your checkout email and a short description of the issue.
